Dear Colleague
1. Recently, Korea's Ministry of Education and the National Institute of Health has informed us to be cautious when working with those who come from countries where SARS has spread. We would very much like to see you participate in our conference, but since our first priority goes to the safety of all those attending the conference, we would like to ask for your patience and understanding. Before your arrival in Korea, we would like to ask you to bring with you a medical document stating that you are free from SARS. We would also like for you to be aware that further medical exams such as taking one's temperature may occur at both the airport and the conference. Please understand that these precautions are not meant to make you feel uncomfortable, but merely to ensure the safety of all those attending.
2. Papers written by those deciding to participate will be published in the Program & Proceedings book. For those participants who would like to have their papers published, please email it to us at kssp21@hanmail.net by no later than June 8, 2003.
