※Brian McLaughlin 교수는 Rutgers 대학교 철학과에서 재직 중이며 심리철학과 형이상학 분야의 대가로서 최근 심리학과 관련된 과학철학적 연구 역시 활발히 수행하고 있습니다. 심리철학에서는 심신문제, 그리고 형이상학에서는 수반, 창발, 그리고 색의 본질에 대한 연구를 활발하게 진행하고 있으며, 주요 저서는 다음과 같습니다.
